Job Description

Join Our Team Phillips Precision is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a unique hybrid role combining Quality Control Inspection and Laser Marking Operations in our medical device manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in medical device manufacturing. We are willing to train the right candidate. Previous experience in either quality inspection or machine operation is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do:
Quality Control Inspection Perform visual and dimensional inspections of medical device components. Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and comparators. Verify parts meet customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Complete inspection documentation and maintain accurate records. Identify and report non-conforming products. Laser Marking Operations Set up and operate laser marking equipment. Load and unload parts for marking operations. Verify markings meet customer and regulatory requirements. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Maintain production and quality records. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures. Basic computer skills. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, machining, or production environments. Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, or other inspection tools. Experience operating manufacturing equipment or laser marking systems. Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. Good vision and attention to small details.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
