Pay:
28-32/hr Position Summary The Quality Control Analyst I supports daily routine operations within a GMP-regulated Quality Control microbiology laboratory. This entry-level role focuses on environmental monitoring, sample handling, incubation, documentation, and general laboratory support activities inpliance with cGMP, SOPs, and site procedures. The position operates within a structured team environment and supports essential QC lab functions that ensure product quality, safety, and regulatorypliance. Key Responsibilities QC Laboratory Operations & Support Perform routine GMP laboratory activities in accordance with SOPs, SWIs, and regulatory requirements Conduct Environmental Monitoring (EM) of laboratory and controlled environments Support bioburden testing, incubation, EM sample transfer, and result reading Perform sample receipt, inventory tracking, and documentation in data management systems Maintain laboratory supplies, inventory, and controlled temperature storage units Documentation & Compliance Complete all required GMP documentation accurately and in a timely manner Enter and verify laboratory data within designated systems Perform peer review of laboratory documentation as required Ensure adnce to cGMP, safety policies, and regulatory guidelines Laboratory Maintenance & Safety Clean laboratory spaces, equipment, biosafety cabinets, and controlled environments Support maintenance of safety andpliance standards in QC laboratory areas Participate in safety meetings and contribute to laboratorypliance culture Handle laboratory materials including exposure to isopropyl alcohol and other routine reagents Team Collaboration & Support Work collaboratively within a team-based laboratory environment Participate in departmental meetings and cross-functionalmunication Support additional QC laboratory activities as assigned by management Ensure smooth daily lab operations through consistent execution of assigned tasks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field) Prior laboratory experience (academic or professional) required Strong understanding of basic laboratory practices and documentation standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a regulated GMP environment with strict procedural adnce Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured protocols Ability to work effectively in a team-based laboratory setting Preferred Qualifications Hands-on laboratory experience in academic or professional settings Familiarity with GMP or regulated laboratory environments Experience with microbiology or environmental monitoring processes Exposure to laboratory data management systems Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and proceduralpliance Ability to follow SOPs and structured workflows Strong teamwork andmunication skills Reliability in routine, repetitive laboratory operations Comfort working in a regulated QC environment Strong documentation accuracy Adaptability in structured lab schedules, including occasional weekend work Work Environment Fully onsite laboratory role (Pearl River, NY) Free onsite parking Entry-level QC lab environment Team-based setting with structured daily workflows Exposure to routine laboratory chemicals (e.g., isopropyl alcohol) Weekend work possible Temp assignment with possible extension

Pay Details:
