Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Analyst to join our dynamic laboratory team. In this vital role, you will ensure the integrity, safety, and quality of our products through rigorous testing and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to excellence by performing precise analyses, maintaining laboratory equipment, and adhering to regulatory guidelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive quality control testing on raw materials and finished products using techniques such as wet chemistry, spectroscopy, and chromatography (including gas chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography). Calibrate laboratory instruments and analytical equipment regularly to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results. Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), FDA regulations, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), and other relevant regulatory standards. Prepare detailed reports of test results, deviations, and investigations while maintaining meticulous records for audit purposes. Assist in method development, validation activities, and troubleshooting analytical procedures as needed. Work in a collaborative team environment with PMs, QA, R&D, and site managers on tracking trends, and monitoring routinely with active data analysis rigor performed to drive the continuous improvement culture.
Quality Assurance program support:
Supporting and maintaining important certifications i.e. ISO9001, Halal, Kosher, FDA registration, etc. Helps organize/maintain/order QC lab supplies inventory needed for lab testing and equipment maintenance. Experience Proven laboratory experience with a focus on analytical chemistry in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with spectrophotometers, chromatography systems (GC/HPLC), microscopes, and microbiological techniques. Familiarity with GLP standards, FDA regulations, CGMP guidelines, and quality control procedures. Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation calibration procedures and maintenance practices. Previous exposure to pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments is preferred but not mandatory. $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
