The ideal candidate should have a strong microbiology background and laboratory experience in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process, finished, and stability samples Collect and analyze environmental monitoring samples Maintain laboratory trending data and documentation Review and compile testing results Perform equipment validation and verification Support test method validations Maintain laboratory audit readiness Order laboratory supplies and reagents Support equipment maintenance and calibration Maintain laboratory logbooks in compliance with GDP Assist with investigations, deviations, and corrective actions Ensure laboratory cleanliness and safety compliance Must-Have Skills Bachelor's Degree in Science (Biology or Microbiology required) 1-3 years of relevant laboratory experience Basic microbiology laboratory techniques Knowledge of standard laboratory practices Laboratory testing and sample preparation Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) & Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Data recording, analysis, and reporting Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency Strong attention to detail and ability to follow
