HM says microbiology related experience is a must have. Associate I, Quality Control Lab - Microbiology, is primarily responsible for handling complex tasks in the Quality Control Lab, focusing on product testing, and maintaining aseptic practices. You will support product validation and compliance, requiring strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Specifics include:
  • Handle complex tasks and contribute to advanced projects in the Quality Control Lab - Microbiology
  • Conduct bioburden, sterility, PET and LAL microbiological testing while maintaining aseptic practices and microbiological controls
  • Knowledge of microbial identification process via gram stain
  • Support product and process validation, product release, and compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Make significant decisions within your project area, influencing project outcomes
  • Support lab operations and collaborate with affiliated departments to integrate lab results into the manufacturing process
  • Drive problem-solving and innovation through scientific principles
  • Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate and complete documentation
  • Complete all required training and meet individual job requirements, contributing to the overall compliance of the organization
  • Commit to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
