Job Description
Job Summary The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements for medical devices. Key Responsibilities Perform visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of materials and products. Use inspection tools such as microscopes, calipers, and micrometers. Complete inspection records and quality documentation. Identify and report non-conforming materials or products. Support quality investigations, CAPA activities, and special projects. Follow company procedures and FDA/cGMP quality standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old. Basic computer and communication skills. Ability to read work instructions and engineering drawings. Experience with medical device manufacturing or quality inspection is a plus. Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
