Quality Assurance Supervisor Auburn, Alabama area Direct Hire Position $65,000-70,000

Day Shift Position Required Experience:

• BS Degree Required (prefer Food Science, Micorbiology, or Chemistry).
• 2+ years supervising over a team of Quality Technicians in a Food/Beverage or CPG manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Food Safety/SQF and GMP's.
• Good Communication Skills throughout the facility.
• Ability to direct and grow the quality program.

Summary:

• Responsible for developing and coaching a staff of QA Technicians and handling the Plant's Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance programs. Ensure compliance with company and Government procedures.
• Inspect, audit and validate all phases of quality performance (quality at the source, raw materials, production, packaging and distribution).
