Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance and quality control initiatives. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems that ensure products and services consistently meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of quality management systems, and a passion for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies, procedures, and standards. Lead, mentor, and supervise quality control inspectors, technicians, and quality personnel. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements and specifications. Conduct internal audits, inspections, and assessments to identify quality concerns and opportunities for improvement. Investigate customer complaints, quality incidents, and non-conformance reports. Analyze quality data and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and cross-functional teams to improve product quality and operational efficiency. Manage supplier quality evaluations, audits, and performance reviews. Develop and deliver training programs related to quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, improving processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related field. At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong leadership, organizational, and team development skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and quality management software. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent professional certification. Experience implementing or maintaining
ISO 9001
