Quality Manager Reports to :Quality HOD Org Unit:
Quality Department Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of Asst Manager, Supervisor, Group Leader and Team Leader. Develop and implement training plans. Establish work schedules and job allocations.Pre-employment:
Identify candidates for Team Member positions. Develop quality inspection standards. Train/Monitor Team Member inspection practices. Make disposition of quality related issues. Plan, implement and improve the quality activities for Production Assembly. Manage inspectors to perform the planned activities for inspection and sign off. Set quality targets/standards to be met by team. Take actions required to accurately measure quality. Interface with Customers and provide feedback to SEA Understand and revise SEA quality system. All other duties as assignedQualifications/Requirements:
Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills. Strong technical knowledge of automotive products and the automotive industry. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Good team building and motivation skills. Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently.Education/Training/Experience:
High School or equivalency required. Experience of assembly line activity preferred.Software skills required:
