Assist in supervising team members. Ensure team is following safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance. Monitor and assign duties as necessary for team members. Assist in improvement opportunities. Assist in training and cross-training team members. All other relevant duties as required.

Requirements:

1+ year leadership/quality assurance experience required. Extensive knowledge of poultry plant operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. English language skills required, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred.
