Job Description:
Quality Systems Control - Pell City Overview The Quality Systems Control position is responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the required quality standards. This position will be located in Pell City and will report to the Quality Manager. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement Conduct audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and forms Provide training to employees on quality control procedures and processes Participate in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to quality control Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
