Quality Control Supervisor, Monticello, Arkansas When you join our team as Quality Control Supervisor , you will manage and improve lumber recovery, grade recovery, and overall product quality, while ensuring compliance with Interfor grade specifications and customer requirements. This role is based on-site at the sawmill located at 211 Old Troy Rd, Monticello, AR 71655. Oversee quality control programs, audits, and follow‑up on out‑of‑spec issues. Optimize production systems to maximize lumber value, grade, and recovery. Partner with production, maintenance, sales, and external inspectors to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
