Job Description

Springdale, AR $125,000/Year Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the Quality Management System within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Quality Manager will play a critical leadership role in maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the facility. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys leading cross-functional teams while improving operational performance and product quality. The Quality Manager will work closely with leadership, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Quality Manager will also help foster a strong culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the site Quality Management System (QMS) and serve as the QMS Management Representative. Oversee Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Quality Assurance functions. Manage internal and external audit processes and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and maintain site quality metrics and performance indicators. Lead warranty return processes and quality investigations. Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations including
ISO 9001, AS9100, FDA
QSR, and related systems. Oversee quality control processes including calibration, ESD, MSD, and non-conforming material procedures. Participate in product planning, manufacturing release processes, and customer meetings. Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for quality team members. Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce defects. Analyze quality data and provide recommendations for process improvements and risk reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support production goals and customer requirements. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports related to quality performance and improvement activities. Support company initiatives, meetings, and additional projects as assigned. Travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, as needed to support business operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required. Minimum of five years of experience in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. Previous experience as a Quality Manager strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of quality systems including ISO 9001, AS9100, TS16949, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, 5S, 8D, and control plans. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies required. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and related software. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools preferred. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong working relationships. Master's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. #IND2
