Job Description

  • Quality Process Owner - 1st Shift

  • $85,000 - $115,000 annually
  • Overview
  • We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented
  • Quality Process Owner
  • to oversee and optimize quality and production processes within our manufacturing operations. This role supervises activities across
  • NDT, Part Mark, Final Product Certification, and Shipping
  • , ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Supervise daily operations and team performance across assigned departments + Drive and implement
  • Lean Manufacturing and 6S initiatives
  • + Maintain schedules, attendance, training, and performance records + Track and report
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • + Partner with Engineering to improve
  • flow time and cycle time
  • + Ensure product quality through training and adherence to process standards + Review, modify, and improve department procedures and technical documentation + Manage inventory and ensure material availability for production + Troubleshoot ERP/system and paperwork issues + Address
  • non-conformances and corrective actions
  • proactively + Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, layouts, and cost efficiency
  • Qualifications
  • + •3+ years of experience•as a supervisor, lead operator, trainer, or similar role in a manufacturing environment _(A 4-year degree may be considered in place of experience)_ + Strong understanding of •process control and quality standards•+ Experience with •Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP/MRP systems•+ Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills + Lean manufacturing experience is a plus •
Preferred:
  • + Investment casting experience + Knowledge of NDT processes
