Quality Control Site Visits 1.1. Conduct job site/project visits 1.2. Verification of prints vs project progress and work completed during site visit for accuracy. 1.3. Present significant findings that require corrective action during operations daily meetings 1.4. Conducts audits/reviews and verifies that projects are completed and are in compliance with all regulations, codes, project specifications, and procedures/plans. 1.5. Follows Company safety policies/procedures and is committed to an incident and injury-free work environment. 1.6. Completes a minimum of two
  • three site visits per day.
2. Project Planning 2.1. Conduct site visits for new projects and review initial planning resources 3. Equipment Planning 3.1. Verify and report project equipment needs are met, and report as needed 3.2. The Quality Control Supervisor will ensure equipment available on site is in good condition 4. Material Planning 4.1. Verifies that all material received on job sites are in conformance with approved submittal, handled, and stored appropriately. 5. Employee Work Practices 5.1. Provides quality supervision support and guidance to all project personnel. 5.2. Evaluates and tracks noncompliance issues/trends and assists to reduce issues to a minimal effect to project efficiency. 5.3. Training new employees in company procedures and policies pertaining to quality. 6. Closing Project Quality Control Site Visits 6.1. Conduct final walkthrough at job sites to ensure compliance with company quality standards 7. Reporting 7.1. The Quality Control Supervisor is to complete a Quality Control digital report for all site visits and includes pertaining supporting photographs in the event there are findings, for corrective action purposes 7.2. Work alongside the Quality Control Manager in the creation and tracking of the COPQ reports [Cost Of Poor Quality].

Quality Control reports
  • 1x job site visit minimum of 2 per day. Provide quality supervision and support to projects with quality deficiencies

  • 1 report per close out with pictures Client specific quality control reporting
  • as needed Has knowledge and experience in construction and construction quality control. Is a good representation of the construction division in quality matters. Minimum 5-10 years' experience in the construction industry Knowledge of a wide range of construction materials, methods, and techniques CPR/First Aid Certification Ability to work under pressure Active Listening
