About Us JX Advanced Metals USA is a leading supplier of advanced materials to the semiconductor industry and part of the global JX Metals Group headquartered in Japan. Our Mesa, Arizona facility is committed to highquality manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Position Summary The QA Supervisor supports and coordinates quality assurance and quality system activities at the Mesa site. This role ensures compliance with ISO, IATF, customer, and internal requirements while supporting audits, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The QA Supervisor works closely with the Quality Manager and crossfunctional teams and plays a key role in daytoday quality system support and oversight. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) Assist with preparation and support of internal, external, registrar, and customer audits Track and follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and quality metrics Coordinate document control activities, including procedures, work instructions, and records Support qualityrelated training, tracking, and documentation Serve as a quality system resource for employees and leadership Assist with inspection, testing, and quality documentation as needed Support investigation and resolution of internal and customer quality issues Participate in crossfunctional quality and continuous improvement initiatives Communicate quality requirements and system updates across departments Qualifications EducationExperience Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or quality systems roles Experience in ISO and/or IATFcertified environments preferred SkillsKnowledge Working knowledge of ISO and IATF standards Strong documentation, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to interpret and apply standards, procedures, and customer requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document control systems Equal Opportunity Employer JX Advanced Metals USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
