Quality Assurance Manager

AEI Fabrication is a leading metal fabrication organization committed to delivering unparalleled quality in our products and services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the overall development, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's quality management system (QMS).

Responsibilities:

QMS Development and Compliance:

• Ensure the organization's QMS aligns with customer requirements, internal standards, AS 9100D, ISO 13485:2016 and regulatory/legal mandates.
• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the QMS.

Vendor Quality Systems:

• Evaluate and report on the quality systems of vendors to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to establish and maintain strong relationships with high-quality vendors.

Process Monitoring and Review:

• Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, with a focus on those influencing product quality.
• Implement robust systems for identifying and addressing deviations from quality standards.

4.

Reporting and Management Communication:

• Regularly report to top management on the performance of the QMS, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct periodic management review meetings to discuss QMS effectiveness and strategic alignment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
