This role is ideal for a quality professional who is ready to take the next step in leadership while contributing to a growing operation focused on quality excellence, process improvement, and reliable production outcomes. The Assistant Quality Manager will support quality management systems, lead problem-solving initiatives, collaborate with production and operations teams, and help drive continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain quality management systems, including ISO 9001-related processes, documentation, audits, and compliance activities. Partner with production, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Use statistical process control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools to reduce defects and improve manufacturing performance. Assist in leading quality inspections, internal audits, supplier quality reviews, and process improvement initiatives. Monitor quality metrics, prepare reports, and communicate trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to management. Help mentor quality team members and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.
