In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Quality Management System including
ISO/AS9100
compliance, audit readiness, internal and external audits, corrective actions, calibration compliance, customer quality requirements and overall quality performance. This position serves as the primary leader in the quality function and is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, documentation, and systems meet customer, regulatory and company requirements. In addition, secondary requirements include day to day operations, production flow, scheduling, on-time delivery, operational performance, cost reduction, facility coordination, continuous improvement and hands-on working across Quality, Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Production. This position must be worked full time at company location in Tempe, AZ Salary Range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 JOB
REQUIREMENTS
BS Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or similar preferred Minimum of FIVE years of leadership experience in quality, manufacturing or engineering Strong background in
ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO/IEC 17025
quality systems Experience leading internal/external audits, customer audits, correction actions, and quality system improvements Practical knowledge and experience with root cause analysis, corrective/preventative action, FMEA/PFMEA, SPC, Gauge R&R, capability studies, supplier quality, process auditing Strong background in ERP, production scheduling, operations performance, MS OFFICE, problem solving Experience in electro-mechanical products, aerospace, flow measurement, instrumentation or "job-shop" environment a plus #PRI
