Title:
Quality Manager Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the QMS (policies, SOPs, document control, risk-based thinking), aligning to
ISO 9001/AS9120
standards and customer/regulatory needs. Lead receiving inspection and trace/airworthiness verification (e.g., 8130-3/EASA Form 1), ESD/FOD practices, calibration, and records. Run NCR/MRB; facilitate root-cause analysis (5-Why) and verify effectiveness.
Build supplier quality:
onboarding/qualification, scorecards, SCARs, and audits. Drive continuous improvement, quality KPIs, and data dashboards.
Manage customer quality:
complaints, corrective actions, source inspections, and contract quality clauses. Plan and lead internal/external audits; close findings on time; coach teams on quality fundamentals and counterfeit-parts prevention.
Qualifications:
2+ years in quality management (distribution, aerospace, or regulated supply chain). Hands-on QMS ownership (ASA-100/AS9120), audits, NCR/MRB, supplier quality. Strong documentation and data skills; ERP/QMS proficiency. Clear communicator and coach, strongly goal-oriented for the elevation and innovation of the Quality department within a growing company
