Quality Assurance Manager Job summary As a full-time Quality Assurance Manager, you are responsible for developing and enforcing procedures, validating processes, and maintaining

registration to ensure a high level of quality exists throughout the company. You will report directly to the General manager in the quality assurance department Responsibilities/daily tasks Maintain

registration Serve as customer contact on all initial quality issues Provide technical training and performance evaluations to department personnel and operators Conduct quality plans for customer-driven products to ensure all quality level meets company and consumer expectations Maintain measurement equipment calibrations Perform and oversee the inspection of incoming materials, in-process, and finished goods Prepare work instructions and procedures and participates in daily procedure meetings Helps maintain a safe and clean working environment Supports the company's quality policy and objectives by reviewing and taking accountability for the effectiveness of the quality management system Schedules and conducts internal audits, and facilitates continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications B.S. degree or quality assurance background with a minimum of 10 years of work experience performing above responsibilities and daily tasks.
