Quality Manager (Aerospace Manufacturing)
Location:
Greater Los Angeles Area Compensation:
$110,000 - $150,000 + benefits A leading aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and enhance its Quality Management System (QMS). This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and supplier quality operations. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a quality professional with aerospace experience who thrives in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of aerospace quality experience and 2+ years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of: SPC, MSA, Gage R&R Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA)
AS9100 / ISO9001
standards Experience with PFMEA and process flow documentation Familiarity with FAR Part 21 / 145 is a plus Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers
Preferred Experience:
Aerospace component testing, teardown, or failure analysis Supplier quality management and audit programs Cross-functional leadership in manufacturing environments Additional Requirements Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible to comply with U.S. export control regulations Why Join?
