ISO 14001
standards while driving continuous improvement, audit readiness, and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Own and maintain IDC Made's
ISO 9001
QMS and
ISO 14001 EMS.
Lead internal, external, and surveillance audits. Manage CAPA programs, root cause analysis, and process improvements. Maintain policies, procedures, work instructions, and compliance records. Investigate customer complaints, RMAs, and nonconformances. Support supplier quality and environmental compliance. Deliver quality and environmental training. Partner with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams. Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of quality/compliance leadership experience. Experience implementing and maintaining
ISO 9001
systems. Experience with
ISO 14001
environmental management systems. Strong audit, CAPA, documentation, and continuous improvement experience. Preferred Certifications

Lead/Internal Auditor ASQ CMQ/OE, CQA, or equivalent Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher Key Performance Indicators
