We are hiring for a Reconstruction Project Manager/Quality Control Inspector for our water damage and fire damage restoration team. This is for full-time employment. Your role will be responsible for meeting aggressive job deadlines and managing the recontruction work progression and making sure it adheres to our company quaility standards. Required Qualifications for

Reconstruction Project Manager:

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Ability to keep customers up to date on all matters relating to their project, and keep the customers happy with our work at every step. 3 years of Construction Project management experience on restoration projects or on residential or commercial remodeling. Experience in the field of water damage restoration is preferred. We are willing to consider project management in residential remodeling work (new construction project management experience is not applicable and will not be considered without restoration or residential remodeling experience). Possess a large list of vetted subcontractors that you have worked with previously, and whose work you have personally supervised and approved of. Also required to consistently grow your subcontractor list. Ability to manage budgets on multiple projects, and consistently come in at or under budget. Manage property owner's customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction at every step.

Great work ethic and ability to meet agressive job deadlines. Work in a fast-paced environment. Able to reliably commute with own transportation. Great organizational and communication skills.

Schedule :

M-F, Saturdays needed, normal business hours

Pay Range:

$25 - 37 per hour - DOE!
