QC Automative Manufacturing Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QC Coordinator to join our manufacturing quality assurance team. This pivotal role involves overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining the integrity of our products through rigorous inspection and analysis. Duties Coordinate and perform comprehensive quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Conduct regular quality audits in accordance with

ISO 9001, ISO

13485, and other relevant standards to ensure compliance across all manufacturing processes. Manage calibration schedules for measurement equipment including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to maintain accuracy and reliability. Analyze inspection data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as FDA regulations and HACCP protocols in all quality control activities. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) aligned with CGMP guidelines. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively while maintaining documentation for traceability. Lead or participate in internal and external quality audits, preparing reports and corrective action plans as necessary. Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality assurance and control practices. Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and proper use of measurement tools. Skills Proven experience with Calypso software or similar trading platform knowledge is advantageous. Strong understanding of

9001, CGMP, and FDA regulations relevant to manufacturing environments. Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Knowledge of HACCP principles applied within manufacturing processes. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately for decision-making. Familiarity with quality audit procedures and corrective action implementation. Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments and training purposes. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience working within quality management frameworks focused on QA/QC processes.
