  • $130k/year We are seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA operations for the Temperature Sensing Engineering team.

ISO 9001 & ISO 17025
quality systems Drive root cause analysis, 8D corrective actions & continuous improvement Support product/process validation, audits & customer quality requirements Collaborate with engineering & production on mechanical/electrical product quality Utilize AutoCAD/SolidWorks for product & process support
Requirements:
BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience 3+ years of quality leadership experience Strong background in ISO audits, 8D, RCA, Lean/Six Sigma Experience with mechanical/electrical products & validation testing Thermocouple, noble metals, or laser welding experience is a plus Preferred industries: Semiconductor, Medical Device, Advanced Manufacturing Excellent benefits including medical, retirement, wellness programs, parental leave, pet insurance, and career development opportunities.
