BEACH, California job type: Permanent salary: $109,000 - 145,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:
Oversee Quality Management Systems:
Direct and manage Our Client's quality assurance programs, ensuring strict compliance with FAA regulations, AS9100 standards, and customer requirements for aircraft cabin interiors.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Lead process improvement and operations optimization utilizing APQP, PFMEA, and Lean Six-Sigma concepts to detect nonconformances and generate cost savings.
Lead and Develop Teams:
Manage, mentor, and coach a dedicated staff of quality engineers, administrative personnel, and inspectors while providing training on QMS and problem-solving tools.
Collaborate and Communicate:
Act as the primary interface between engineering, operations, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality issues, manage audits, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Monitor Performance and KPIs:
Administer key performance indicators, specify manufacturing sampling procedures, and oversee the effectiveness of Our Client's corrective and preventive action processes.
