Job Description:
TrustWorks is a growing dietary supplement manufacturer looking for a hands-on QA/QC Manager to own our quality program from raw material receiving through finished product release. What you'll do: Review supplier COAs and approve/reject incoming ingredients Coordinate identity, microbial, and heavy metals testing with third-party labs Maintain GMP compliance and support FDA and NSF audit readiness Review and approve batch records, SOPs, and QC documentation Investigate deviations, OOS results, and initiate CAPAs Work closely with production and facility teams on day-to-day quality decisions What we're looking for: 2+ years of QA/QC experience in dietary supplement or food manufacturing Solid understanding of 21 CFR Part 111 and GMP requirements Experience with third-party lab coordination and COA review Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning decisions independently NSF or other GMP audit experience a plus What we offer: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Opportunity to build and grow the quality function at an expanding company Collaborative, fast-moving team environment
