The Quality Assurance & Compliance Coordinator oversees operational quality and compliance by auditing client records, monitoring workflows, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and CalAIM and/or Regional Center program requirements. This role proactively identifies improvement opportunities, supports operational efficiency, and provides leadership with insights into performance, compliance trends, and corrective actions.
Quality Assurance & Compliance Coordinator Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up abilities. Experience reviewing data, tracking performance metrics, and identifying process improvements. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Proficiency with healthcare systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows. Experience in healthcare operations, compliance, quality assurance, care coordination, or administrative support preferred. Knowledge of CalAIM and/or Regional Center programs and healthcare compliance standards is a plus. Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Essential Functions:
Audit client records, intake documentation, and workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to CalAIM and/or Regional Center standards. Monitor operational performance, track KPIs, and identify process improvement opportunities across Enrollment, Intake, Care Coordination, Scheduling, and CPC programs. Conduct quality reviews of documentation, calls, and system data while providing reporting, compliance oversight, and recommendations to leadership. Partner with cross-functional teams to reinforce training, improve workflows, and enhance the client experience. Role Impact Improves onboarding efficiency, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Increases operational visibility, accountability, and overall team performance.
