Quality Control Coordinator
IDR is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Livermore, CA. This role supports project teams by helping ensure quality standards, documentation accuracy, and process compliance throughout project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, attention to detail, and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
Support project teams by monitoring quality processes and documenting project progress.
Assist with project audits and inspections to ensure work is completed according to established standards.
Track and document project issues, punch list items, and corrective actions.
Maintain digital records, checklists, and quality documentation.
Identify trends and recurring issues and communicate findings to project leadership.
Partner with field and office teams to support consistent project delivery.
Help improve processes and maintain quality standards across multiple projects.
Requirements
Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, quality support, construction administration, operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and digital documentation tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members across departments.
Willingness to learn project quality and compliance processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting construction, facilities, manufacturing, logistics, or technical projects.
Familiarity with project documentation, inspections, or quality processes.
Experience using project management or workflow tracking software.
