IDR is seeking a Quality Control Specialist Lead to join one of our top clients in Livermore, CA. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and technical integrity of hyperscale infrastructure projects across multiple sites. The position involves leading quality audits, managing IPQC systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a high-tech industry setting.
Position Overview for the
Quality Control Specialist Lead:
Oversee quality control procedures and ensure adherence to standards across hyperscale sites.
You will implement and manage IPQC checkpoints during project phases to prevent variances.
Conduct comprehensive audits and analyze deployment defects to recommend improvements.
Use digital tools to streamline inspection processes and document quality issues.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure zero-defect project execution and continuous process improvement.
Requirements for the
Quality Control Specialist Lead:
A bachelor's degree in quality management, construction management, engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in QA/QC within the datacenter, large-scale construction, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in conducting rigorous site inspections.
Ability to read and interpret BIM models, Blueprints, CAD drawings, and Line Diagrams.
Skilled in digital quality auditing tools and experience digitizing traditional inspection workflows.
