Job Description Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for construction projects. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns. Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and findings. Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices. Identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Ensure all construction activities align with regulatory and safety requirements. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful QA/QC Manager should have: Proven expertise in quality assurance and quality control within the construction and property industries. Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively. Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues efficiently. Commitment to maintaining high standards and ensuring project success.
