Shipping & Quality Control Coordinator

About Us We are a growing custom clothing company based in Van Nuys specializing in high-quality apparel and production services. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & QC Coordinator to join our team and help ensure every order is packed, approved, and shipped accurately and professionally. Responsibilities Communicate daily with sales reps regarding outgoing shipments Generate and send daily shipping lists to reps and coordinate shipping destinations Manage all shipping needs (boxes, garment bags, packaging tape) Photograph packed garments and send images to reps for shipment approval Perform final quality control checks on garments before packing Generate accessories list daily and order all ties and pocket squares Manage all accessories (ties, pocket squares, cufflinks) that ship with the garments ensuring that they are ready in a timely manner. This includes occasional purchasing. Trim loose threads and lint roll garments to ensure presentation quality Carefully fold and pack garments into garment bags and shipping boxes Create and print shipping labels using shipping software/carriers Coordinate directly with shipping couriers for pickups and delivery issues Maintain organization of outgoing orders and shipment records Ensure all shipments are completed accurately and on schedule Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Comfortable communicating directly with reps and shipping couriers Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a factory/production environment Previous shipping, warehouse, apparel, or production experience preferred Preferred Skills Experience with shipping platforms such as UPS and DHL Familiarity with garment handling and quality control processes Basic computer and email communication skills Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who takes pride in presentation, stays organized under pressure, and understands the importance of accuracy and communication in a production environment.
