Full Job Description Onsite:
Paramount, CA FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Lead and perform manual and semi-automated shot peen operations Interpret and apply customer and industry specifications (AMS, BAC, PWA, GE, etc.) Perform and approve Almen intensity testing and coverage inspection Develop, document, and enforce shot peen technique sheets Train and certify operators on equipment, techniques, and requirements Design and fabricate masking aids and fixtures Interpret engineering drawings and CATIA models to determine processing approach Lead maintenance planning and troubleshooting of shot peen equipment Ensure compliance with NADCAP and AS9100 requirements Monitor production flow, prioritize work, and support throughput goals Stop work and escalate issues when quality or specification requirements are not met Perform other duties as assigned
Benefits:
Compensation Range $21.00•$28.00 (DOE) compensation will vary base on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, Employer Paid Basic Life, Supplemental Life Insurance, 401k with Employer Match Generous Paid Time Off program 8 Holidays and 1 Floater Holiday
QUALIFICATIONS
