$130- $150,000 + full benefits Overview We're seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality strategy and execution within a high-performance manufacturing environment.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, engineering, and leadership, with responsibility for ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role —you'll shape quality systems at a strategic level while also driving day-to-day execution, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Key Responsibilities Establish and drive a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with operational and business goals Lead and develop the Quality function , including team performance, capability building, and succession planning Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Act as the primary quality representative for customers, auditors, and external partners Oversee nonconformance, CAPA, and root cause analysis processes , ensuring long-term corrective actions are effective Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into product development and manufacturing processes Lead supplier quality programs , including qualification, performance monitoring, and corrective actions Support new product introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle activities to ensure quality is embedded from design through production Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred) 7+ years of experience in manufacturing quality , ideally within electronics, semiconductor, or similar environments Strong background managing QMS frameworks (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 or similar) Experience leading audits, compliance efforts, and customer quality interactions Deep knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CAPA, 8D, etc.) Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives in a production environment Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams Proven leadership ability with strong communication and stakeholder management skills What They're Looking For A leader who can own quality end-to-end , not just maintain systems Someone who balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution Ability to influence across functions and drive accountability Strong problem-solver who focuses on root cause and long-term solutions , not quick fixes Why This Role High visibility position with broad organizational impact Opportunity to shape and evolve quality practices in a growing environment Strong collaboration across engineering, operations, and leadership teams Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package #
