Immediate Opening We are currently hiring a Quality Control Associate for a busy food manufacturing company in the Inland Empire area. This is a long-term full-time opportunity for someone with previous QC experience in a food manufacturing environment who is ready to start immediately. The ideal candidate must have experience inspecting food products, understanding production quality standards, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections throughout the production process Check food products for defects, damages, labeling, and packaging accuracy Ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards Monitor compliance with GMPs, sanitation, and safety procedures Report quality issues to supervisors and production leads Complete QC logs, paperwork, and production documentation Work closely with production team to maintain quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Must have Quality Control experience in food manufacturing Knowledge of GMPs and food safety procedures required Strong attention to detail Must be dependable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced production environment Able to stand for full shift Bilingual is a plus Must be trainable and quick to learn company processes Pay starts at $18.00/hr minimum Higher pay available for strong experience and quick learners
