Quality Control Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead and implement the project Quality Control program. The QC Manager will oversee all QC activities on-site, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation throughout all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage the project Quality Control (QC) program Attend coordination and mutual understanding meetings Perform and manage the three phases of control Review and approve submittals Coordinate inspections, testing, and QC documentation Manage QC Specialists, testing labs, and inspection personnel Coordinate and notify Special Inspectors as required Ensure compliance with

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management Minimum 4 years of similar construction experience At least 2 years of experience as a QC Manager Working knowledge of EM 385-1-1, hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking

English Pay:

$110,309.23 - $129,060.58 per year
