Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily Quality Control operations across multiple shifts. Ensure warehouse products meet all Quality Assurance standards. Prepare and analyze quality reports; address failed processes, recalls, and corrective actions. Maintain strong client communication via email and reporting. Implement and enforce plant quality standards and inspection protocols. Oversee HACCP program compliance; develop food safety procedures. Manage product inspection and release programs. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations. Monitor and improve adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Collaborate with supervisors and associates to maximize efficiency and quality. Handle customer concerns and implement effective solutions. Promote a positive work environment; mentor and develop your team. Maintain warehouse safety, production, and sanitation standards. Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and conduct performance evaluations. Remain flexible to work any shift based on business needs. What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills to drive a culture of quality and efficiency. Experience in warehouse supervision and/or wholesale industry. Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, and GMP principles (certifications preferred). Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and WMS systems. Ability to problem-solve, manage diverse teams, and multitask effectively. Education & Experience Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance or Production Supervisor experience. Cold storage, distribution, or food-related industry experience a plus. Work Environment & Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable working in a cold storage facility with varying temperatures. Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods. #PALM-1
