Job Description

job summary: Our client, a leader in the manufacturing of medical devices is looking for a Lead System Tester. Key qualifications include, Minimum of 15 years of experience leading testing teams in a medical device environment. Experience supporting both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining engineering activities. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field is required.

End-to-End Test Leadership:
Leading multidisciplinary teams to define and execute comprehensive system test strategies, protocols, and reports across the entire product lifecycle (NPI through post-market).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partnering with engineering, quality, regulatory, and suppliers to ensure complete test coverage, resolve issues, and manage external test houses.
Sustaining & Compliance Support:
Supporting design/supplier changes, complaint investigations, and CAPAs while ensuring strict compliance with medical device standards and regulatory audits.
Defect & Risk Management:
Leading root cause investigations for system defects and field issues while ensuring full traceability between requirements, risks, and test evidence.
Continuous Improvement:
Driving the evolution of system test methodologies, automation strategies, and test infrastructure. #LI-DC1 qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 15 years of experience
