This position also will coordinate activities to maximize productivity and minimize cost, while maintaining quality standards and compliance. The Quality Coordinator duties include but are not limited to the following. Job Duties
  • Work with the Production Supervisor/Operational Manager to ensure that work processes are safe and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Work with suppliers to make sure all the components and raw materials meet the organization's quality standards.
  • Participate on resolving issues with critical suppliers.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify potential flaws in the manufactured products and implement changes when necessary.
  • Create and present quality reports quarterly that analyze internal and external quality standards.
  • Identify non-conformance reduction & process improvement opportunities and work with the appropriate team to implement solutions.
  • Ensure measurement system calibration is completed as required.
  • Monitor and maintain documentation for compliance to Customer and ISO requirements.
  • Evaluate data to implement improvements in QMS processes.
  • Lead the internal audits.
  • Document inspection processes and train new Inspectors.
  • Report weekly updates to Program Manager and Operational Manager.
  • Keep all your working areas clean, tidy, and well organized.
  • Encourage and support teamwork environment.
  • Ensure that perform work safely, use time efficiently and follow quality requirements.
  • Other activities require by Operational Manager or Regional Quality Manager. Qualifications and Skills Required
  • BS in Engineering
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications a plus
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
