Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Director of Quality to lead and scale our enterprise-wide Quality function within a rapidly growing aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple facilities and business units. You will serve as the organization's primary quality authority, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a high-performing quality organization capable of supporting aggressive growth, new program wins, and potential acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Own and lead the enterprise Quality Management System (QMS) across all sites, ensuring alignment with AS9100 standards Drive compliance with ITAR and CMMC regulatory requirements across operations and documentation Act as the primary interface with customers, regulatory agencies, registrars, and auditors (e.g., DCMA) Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leadership to drive quality performance and operational excellence Establish and execute quality strategy, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Lead multi-site audit programs, including internal, external, and customer audits Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Quality team, including managers and engineers Drive risk management, RCCA, CAPA, and zero-defect initiatives Ensure quality systems are scalable to support revenue growth, new programs, and M&A integration Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement Compensation and Benefits - Salary range: $150,000 to $170,000 per year + Anual Bonus and Benefits. - Direct hire opportunity.
