$100,000 - $130,000 per year Job Details - Manage and coordinate the activities of multiple dedicated program teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives. Provide Staff Quality Engineering oversight for Quality Engineers with technical and programmatic task responsibilities. Mentor/train Quality Engineers & Inspectors by offering professional guidance on career development. Promote and support a Continual Improvement Culture (CIC) and champion processes to reduce time and costs. Advises the Director of Quality Assurance of all related development and performance activities. Supports the Director of Quality Assurance in recruiting and budgeting activities. Supports 3rd Party audits as required.
