Quality Assurance Manager - Direct Hire ???? Fremont, CA | Bonus We are seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA operations for the Temperature Sensing Engineering team. ? LeadISO 9001 & ISO 17025
quality systems ? Drive root cause analysis, 8D corrective actions & continuous improvement ? Support product/process validation, audits & customer quality requirements ? Collaborate with engineering & production on mechanical/electrical product quality ? Utilize AutoCAD/SolidWorks for product & process supportRequirements:
- BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of quality leadership experience
- Strong background in ISO audits, 8D, RCA, Lean/Six Sigma
- Experience with mechanical/electrical products & validation testing
