Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager Quality Assurance with strong hands-on expertise across UI and API automation, modern QA engineering practices, and experience leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test development. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, deep understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to architect scalable automation frameworks using Java or Python. This role will define test strategies, lead automation initiatives, mentor engineers, and ensure high‑quality delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment. Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on QA experience across UI, API, and end‑to‑end testing. 5+ years of strong programming experience in Java or Python for automation development. 5+ years of expert-level UI test automation with Selenium WebDriver. 5+ years of advanced API automation using Rest Assured or similar frameworks. 5+ years of experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Pytest). 5+ years of SQL experience for backend data validation. 3+ years of experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). 1+ year of hands-on experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot) for code generation, refactoring, or QA optimization. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrate strong ownership by proactively identifying risks, communicating them early, and detecting requirement or design gaps during requirement‑gathering phases. Experience testing microservices or distributed systems. Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave). Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with API mocking tools like WireMock or Postman. Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes environments. Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). Experience with Health care domain. Education Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
