This is a key leadership role supporting complex infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and large-scale civil work. Key Responsibilities Lead all project quality control efforts from preconstruction through closeout Serve as the subject matter expert for QC across self-perform and subcontracted work Manage inspections, testing, documentation, and third-party QC services Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans Ensure compliance with contract documents, specs, drawings, and industry standards Oversee submittals, RFIs, and project documentation processes Identify and resolve non-conformance issues with proper corrective actions Support project closeout including punch lists and turnover Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in a Quality Control role within construction Strong understanding of heavy civil construction practices and standards Experience with project documentation, scheduling, and reporting Proficiency with construction/project management software Preferred Heavy civil experience (DOT, highway, bridge projects) NETTCP Quality Assurance Technologist or
