Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System for a growing manufacturer of mission critical hardware supporting military and aerospace applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, demonstrated experience, hands-on manufacturing quality experience, and deep knowledge of AS9100 and
ISO 9001
requirements within a regulated manufacturing environment. Starting salary will be determined strictly by professional background, years of direct experience, and technical assessment performance. Duties Lead and maintain the company's AS9100 and
ISO 9001
compliant Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and contractual quality requirements for military and aerospace programs. Develop, implement and monitor quality policies, procedures and work instructions Oversee incoming, in-process and final inspection activities Manage non-conforming material processes including MRB activities and disposition controls Interface directly with customers, suppliers and internal leadership regarding quality performance and compliance matters Ensure calibration, inspection, testing and documentation systems are capable, compliant and effective in supporting manufacturing and customer requirements. Promote a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization. Preferred experience in battery manufacturing or energy storage products Preferred experience with defense contracting environments Detail orientated, organized and ability to multitask Effective communicator, both verbally and written
