Responsibilities Quality Management Systems (QMS) : Assist with the development, implement, and maintaining Omni

QMS ISO 9001

2015.

Audit Management :

Lead internal audits and coordinate external 3rd-party certification audits to verify compliance with legal, safety, and corporate standards.

Team Leadership :

Manage and mentor a team of quality control (QC) inspectors, technicians, oversee performance reviews and training.

Data Analysis & Reporting :

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Continuous Improvement :

Utilize methodologies like 8D to reduce waste and prevent defect recurrence.

Supplier & Customer Liaison :

Oversee supplier quality performance and manage customer complaints, ensuring resolutions align with customer needs.

Inspections:

Incoming and final inspections. Perform first article inspections to customer requirements. This includes PPAP's with control plans, capability studies and PFMEA.

Monitor and Control Calibration:

Schedule and maintain calibration using QMS software. Document control

SOP's and Work Instruction:

Review and audit company documentation. This include working with Production to develop new work instructions and testing requirements. Skills Extensive knowledge of

ISO 9001

standards. Proven experience in conducting comprehensive quality audits within manufacturing environments. Strong background in quality control, inspection, assurance processes, and implementing effective quality systems. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets and drive continuous improvement. Effective communication skills for training teams and collaborating with regulatory bodies. Demonstrated leadership in managing QA/QC teams and fostering a proactive approach to quality management.
