Job Description We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee quality assurance processes within the Business Operations Department, ensuring contract compliance, accuracy, and adherence to performance standards and deadlines. This position is a full-time contract role based in Boca Raton . What You'll Do Oversee the workload of the work unit to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of daily and weekly tasks Assign and distribute work effectively to meet aggressive deadlines Communicate proactively and effectively with department team leaders, supervisors, and managers Manage human resource functions including training, evaluations, coaching and mentoring, and recommendations for salary increases, promotions, and corrective action Review and approve employee timesheets and leave requests Assist with the preparation, production, and analysis of data results and KPI reports in agreed-upon formats Develop, document, and maintain department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Analyze performance data and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to management Support day-to-day operations management to ensure key performance metrics are met and maintained Train, evaluate, and mentor staff members, including guidance of contracted staff to meet program goals and objectives Perform other duties or special projects as assigned or required
