$150k-180k DOE Tiello has partnered with a leading Electrical Contractor who is in need of an QA/QC Director with a strong background in Commercial/ Industrial electrical systems to lead and manage on-site electrical installations and crews. The company we are partnered with is currently seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality control efforts on large-scale electrical construction projects, with a focus on data centers and mission-critical work. Position Summary The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing quality control processes across electrical scopes of work. This role works closely with project management, field leadership, and commissioning teams to ensure all installations meet contract requirements, code compliance, and owner expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong field experience and the ability to drive accountability across large project teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and project specifications Perform inspections of electrical installations including switchgear, distribution systems, grounding, and terminations Lead and track pre-functional checklists, testing, and commissioning activities Coordinate with third-party commissioning agents and testing firms Manage punch lists, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions Oversee redlines and ensure accurate as-built documentation Conduct site audits and provide guidance to field leadership on quality expectations Support turnover documentation and project closeout processes Qualifications 10+ years of experience in electrical construction (required) Must come from an electrical contractor environment Proven experience on data center, mission-critical, or large industrial projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, one-lines, and construction drawings Experience working with commissioning processes and turnover packages Certifications OSHA 30 (required)
