Ad-Vance Talent Solutions is currently hiring a Quality Systems Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Jacksonville, FL.

$60,000 - $70,000 Position Summary The Quality Systems Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and
ISO 9001
requirements. This role oversees quality programs, continuous improvement initiatives, audits, compliance activities, and the Training Lead. Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable regulations. Manage internal and external quality audits. Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective actions. Oversee supplier quality, inspections, and non-conforming materials. Supervise the Training Lead and quality training programs. Manage document control and equipment calibration programs. Lead root cause analysis, SPC, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve quality performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field required. 8+ years of quality management experience. 3+ years in a leadership role. Experience with
ISO 9001
implementation and auditing. Strong knowledge of quality systems, problem-solving, and process improvement.
Preferred Certifications:
CQE, CQM, ISO 9001
Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
